GENERAL
48 hours’ notice is required to make any changes to your appointment. Any cancellations after that will result in a 50% charge of the service total as a non-refundable fee. All No-Show appointments will be charged %50 of the appointment cost and blocked from all future bookings. A card on file will be required to book all appointments, however no deposit is required.
If you have a previous permanent makeup that was not done by me, please schedule a consultation appointment first. This way I can determine if I will be able to work over the previous tattoo or not. If you do not book a consult first and come to your scheduled appointment with previous brow, lip or eyeliner tattoo in the area I am scheduled to work on your appointment will immediately be cancelled and subject to a re-scheduling fee.
LATE POLICY:
Arriving on time for your scheduled professional service ensures the proper time necessary to comfortably complete your service. To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your service will need to be rescheduled.
PRICING
Bladed Beauty Bar does not offer refunds for any completed services. Payment at your appointment may be made using Cash (preferred), debit/credit card or Venmo. Due to constantly expanding services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although every effort is made to keep the website and service menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change any time without notice. Tipping is completely optional and always appreciated, but never expected!
